This Fulfillment Policy (“policy”) aplies to websites operated by the sole proprietorship of Michael S. Kim d.b.a. Narrative Applications and Narrative Essay Review (“Narrative”), namely but not limited to www.narrativeapplications.com (“website”) and the services, primarily comprehensive evaluations of college and/or graduate school application essays, accessed through the website. By visiting or using the website, linked pages, features, content, or the services we offer through or in connection with the website, you acknowledge that you are aware of and consent to the policy outlined herein. Narrative may update this policy from time to time without notification and it is your responsibility to periodically review these policies as they are legally binding on you as a user.
Description of Narrative Applications' Products
Narrative offers two primary products:

comprehensive reviews of essays, primarily for the purposes of applications to college and graduate schools, and

comprehensive reviews of Common Application entires, including the Honors/Awards and Activities sections.
These products are offered in a variety of combinations depending on word count and return time as selected by the customer.
A comprehensive review is a thorough and definitive evaluation provided by a thoroughly vetted and trained reviewer. The evaluation of your essay or application will provide copy-editing, comments, and summary paragraphs that describe the current strengths and weaknesses of your essay and clear directions as to how to improve.

Fulfillment Policies
Refund Policy: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with the review of your essay we are happy to provide a refund through the original purchase method. We also guarantee that our reviews will be provided on time. If they are not, we will automatically provide a refund through the original purchase method.
Delivery Policy: Essays are returned within the return time window selected at the time of purchase. We guarantee that our reviews will be provided on time. If they are not, we will automatically provide a refund through the original purchase method.
Cancellation Policy: We are happy to cancel any review in progress as soon as we are notified and will issue a refund to the original purchase method at that time. To cancel a purchase, please contact Narrative at info@narrativeapplications.com.
